Homemade Miso Soup

soft or silken tofu (about ¼ cup)

Instructions
Boil all ingredients in a pot until miso has dissolved and wakame seaweed has reconstituted.
Notes
Miso paste.
We prefer red miso paste because it has more depth of flavor, but white miso will also work.
